How to Delete Your Account and Associated Data Follow
Introduction
This article explains how to request deletion of your LivU account and all associated data. To help us verify and process your request, please provide your user ID and a screenshot of your profile page. Once your request is confirmed, your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
What you need before you start
- Your LivU user ID
- A screenshot of your profile page
- A clear confirmation that you want to delete your account and associated data
- Optional feedback about why you are leaving, if you would like to share it
How to request account deletion
- Find your LivU user ID in your account or profile details.
- Take a screenshot of your profile page.
- Send your user ID and profile screenshot to LivU Support through the help center.
- Confirm that you want your account deleted and all associated data removed.
- If possible, include feedback about your experience to help us improve.
What happens after confirmation
After your request is confirmed, your LivU account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. All associated data will be removed according to the deletion request.

- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
